Episode 25: A Spoonful of Sugar

Yes the loss to the Cosmos stings, but what is the best cure for a tough loss, a quick victory.  Mike and Jon kick off the show with a talk with Zac Wassink to discuss Hudson River Derby.  Then we recap both games from last week and preview Sunday’s match, and of course, there’s lots of Pirlo sprinkled in for flavor.

Following the unfortunate events that took place outside of Yankee Stadium after the Chicago Fire home game, a light has been shed on the rocky relationship that the Supporters have with Yankee Stadium security and the NYPD.

On this special episode Mike and Jon discuss the history of events and what steps can be taken at future games to make sure the experience is enjoyable for everybody.

The wait is over.  NYCFC traveled to Harrison, NJ to match up against the Red Bulls in the Hudson River Derby.  While the team didn’t get the result, the atmosphere was magical, both in person and on TV.  We give you both perspectives and our insights on the match.
